We reserve the right to alter any itinerary as required due to road and weather conditions and passenger safety.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of property or injury due to circumstances beyond our control.

There is no guarantee of animal sightings.

Cancellation within 3 days (72 Hours) of departure will not be refunded.  Outside of that period full refund less 5% will be made.  Applications for refund are to be made by email to bookings@waitawhile.com.au.

Transfer of travel date if possible can be made upon application.

Transfer of passenger ticket must be made upon application.

Any vouchers purchased for future travel are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
