Coronavirus Safety Plan

In response to Coronavirus we have implemented the following actions.

All vehicles and equipment have been given a deep clean.

All vehicles and equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each tour.

All staff are pre screened each day before starting work.

Numbers for our tour are now capped at 6 to allow for social distancing. Larger groups can come as long as they are all from the same group.

Before being allowed on our tour at the time of collection guests will be verbally pre screened to ensure they show no symptoms or have been in contact with potentially infected people.

All guests must provide a legitimate form of contact e.g. phone number, email address, to allow for potential contact tracing.

We will encourage no physical contact between people e.g. handshakes

Hand sanitiser must be used before getting on board our vehicles and used regularly during the tour.

If anyone shows signs of infection during the tour they must wear a face mask. Other guests may also consider doing this.

Sanitising wipes will be used regularly to wipe down high contact areas e.g. door handles.

AC in the vehicles will be set to fresh air at all times not recirculation.

When possible windows in our vehicles will be open.

Travel times are never usually longer than 1 hour without a break on our tour but we will ensure that 2 hours is the maximum before stopping and exiting the vehicle so it can be cleaned and aired.

During the walking sections of our tour we will ensure to allow for social distancing measures e.g. 1.5m separation.
